AI Strategy & Frontier Transformation · Microsoft
Austin, Texas
I work at the intersection of AI strategy, enterprise transformation, and the practical mechanics of getting frontier technology into the hands of the people who run real systems. This site is where I publish the thinking — essays, frameworks, and the occasional field note.
About
My day job is helping enterprises move from AI-curious to AI-native — translating frontier capability into operating models, governance, and the un-glamorous plumbing that actually ships. I spend my time with technology leaders, executive sponsors, and the architects carrying the real weight.
Outside of that, I write. The essays here are an attempt to think clearly about what's coming — the convergence of capital, intelligence, and attention — without the usual hype-cycle compression.

The Inflection Point
A five-part essay on the convergence of AI, capital, and human agency — from the Convergence Framework through to Homo Deus. Why this moment is structurally different, and what it asks of the institutions that have to metabolize it.
The Inflection Point — Executive Summary
The five-part essay compressed into a decision-grade brief: the framework, the inevitability argument, and what to do on Monday morning.
The Case for AI Romance
The attention economy is colliding with synthetic intimacy. A look at what that means for loneliness, retention, and the next platform shift after social media.
